My Story…

Phyllis Reagin is a doctoral trained behaviorist, certified Leadership and Executive Coach, and former leader of a Fortune 500 entertainment/media company with an extensive understanding of peak performance strategies, motivational psychology, and Neuroleadership built from the latest modalities in positive psychology, growth mindset, and Neuropsychology. Phyllis has blended her deep understanding of human behavior, behavior modification, and leadership effectiveness and apply it to coaching emerging and senior leaders to reach their maximum potential.

Phyllis currently serves as the Founder of At the Coach’s Table, a Leadership & Executive Coaching private practice that provides individual coaching and digital courses for emerging and senior leaders.

Spanning more than 20 years, Phyllis’ professional work has been dedicated to guiding leaders to work and lead with greater effectiveness, meaning, and impact. She has applies evidence-based methods into practice with her clients, focusing on  innovative leadership strategies that stems from the latest research in positive psychology, neuroscience, and motivational psychology.

Phyllis has coached hundreds of emerging and senior leaders from Fortune 500 companies (e.g., ABC, Barvo Netwroks, CBS, NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, and Warner Bros. Entertainment), Nonprofits, Political Offices, Financial Institutions, and entrepreneurial businesses.

A contributor to online magazines and online news websites outlets, including Fast Company, Thrive Global, YSF Magazine, Made Magazine, She Owns It, and Geeky Reality, Phyllis provides her expert opinion and thought leadership on a wide variety of evidence-based coaching topics. She approaches these topics with passion and expertise that is relevant to current event news stories.

Phyllis specializes in peak human performance that enables emerging and senior leaders to lead effectively from their strengths and to develop a growth mindset. She applies her extensive leadership experience as a former leader with Warner Bros. Entertainment, several healthcare organizations, and entrepreneurial businesses along with her graduate education in Psychology and Neuropsychology.

After becoming a widow while 8-months pregnant, Phyllis deepened her understanding of what is required to live a life of purpose with boldness and confidence. Phyllis is a big believer in resetting your mindset, beliefs, and expectations to achieve meaningful change and to live a life of impact.
