Make Your Move — Terms of Service
Payment, Continuation & Cancellation Agreement
By enrolling in Make Your Move — Accountability Coaching with Phyllis Reagin, you agree to a minimum three-month commitment and three monthly payments of $500.00, totaling $1,500.00.
Payment Terms
Your first payment is due at enrollment. Your payment method will be charged automatically for the second and third monthly payments. A request to discontinue does not remove your commitment to these three payments.
To Continue After Month Three
Email Phyllis at [email protected] at least seven days before the end of your third program month. Continued coaching is $500.00 per month. The extension and its cancellation terms will be confirmed by email before additional billing begins.
To Finish After Month Three
Email Phyllis at [email protected] at least 14 days before the end of your third program month to confirm that you will not continue and arrange your closing session.
Program End
Without a confirmed extension, your program ends after the third month, and no fourth monthly payment will be charged.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept these payment and program terms.
